Transaction Management Specialist

RealtyTMS, Inc. is a growing company that provides real estate Listing, Transaction and Short Sale Management to Realtors®. We are in the business of helping Realtors® grow their business!

We are seeking a full-time real estate Transaction Management Specialist to join our Short Sale Management Team.

Qualified candidates will be responsible for managing the short sale process for files submitted by Realtors®. This entails preparing and submitting short sale packages to lenders, contacting the lenders to ensure file progress, working with all parties to acquire all necessary documentation, communicating and updating the Realtor® regularly, and updating all status entries into our internal transaction management system.

*Prior Loss Mitigation and/or short sale processing experience a plus.

Knowledge of SureClose, ShortSale Commander, REO Trans, Equator software and MLS system a plus.
