Jon Cole: Founder
Jon has extensive knowledge in the real estate industry. Jon spent many years assisting Realtors® from an administrative support perspective. His experience has been focused specifically on assisting real estate professionals in their journey towards success. His insight into what every real estate agent needs to grow to the next level, combined with his entrepreneurial spirit, has allowed him to create successful business ideas that deliver positive results to real estate professionals. To further his expertise, stay up to date on industry and market changes, and continue to understand more fully the needs of Realtors® Jon became a licensed Realtor® himself in May of 2007.
Tara N. Rogers: Chairman
Tara brings with her eleven years of sales and business development experience with Abbott Laboratories and Pfizer Inc.; two of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies. Tara gained her entrepreneurial spirit from successfully creating, building, managing, and growing multi-state sales territories from the ground level-up for both Abbott and Pfizer. Her extensive sales experience has provided her with the ability to discern that there is a lack of sales-support in the real estate industry and identify solutions that would benefit the way business in this industry is conducted. Tara has a passion for real estate and for creating an organization that makes a positive impact on the industry.
Frederick D. Ross: President
Fred has extensive corporate retail experience having held various senior management positions with Federated Department Stores, Carter Hawley Hale Stores, and Marshall Field and Co. Most recently he has been involved with a variety of start-ups and privately held companies involved in customer service, financial services, and aftermarket sales. He will concentrate his efforts with RealtyTMS toward managing the accelerated growth of the company as well as securing the necessary long-term equity financing.
Shelly DeWit: Director of Operations
Shelly brings a strong background in the title, banking and finance industries. She has extensive operational, sales management, project management and business development experience. Shelly worked with Land Title Guarantee Company in their corporate office as a Director of Strategic Development where she was responsible for projects that supported Land Title’s clients. She also managed their Transaction Management group, interfacing with Realtors® to ascertain their needs and understand their processes in order to provide them the support and service they needed and expected. Shelly was also a Sales Manager for Land Title and, after moving to the corporate office, continued to support their 65 person state wide sales team in business development activities. Shelly’s wealth of experience brings RealtyTMS® the operational structure and organization that will be needed as the company successfully grows
