Jon Cole: Founder

Jon launched his career in real estate in 2002 supporting successful Realtors® across Colorado.  In 2006 Jon founded RealtyTMS® to provide a premier Transaction Management Solution for Realtors®.  His insight into what every real estate agent needs to grow to the next level, combined with his entrepreneurial spirit, has allowed him to create success in business.  To further his expertise, stay up to date on industry and market changes, and continue to understand more fully the needs of Realtors® Jon became a Realtor®  himself in May 2007.  Jon has since authored the CE Course “7 Keys to Short Sale Success” and presents the class regularly.

Frederick D. Ross: President

Fred has extensive corporate retail experience having held various senior management positions with Federated Department Stores, Carter Hawley Hale Stores, and Marshall Field and Co.  Most recently he has been involved with a variety of start-ups and privately held companies involved in customer service, financial services, and aftermarket sales.  He will concentrate his efforts with RealtyTMS toward managing the accelerated growth of the company as well as securing the necessary long-term equity financing.

Lisa Smiley-Hayes: Short Sale Department Manager

Lisa’s began her real estate career in 1982 as an escrow assistant.  Over the last 30 years she has been an escrow officer, Branch Manager and VP of Escrow Operations.  In 2007 she began facilitating short sale transactions, helping sellers and realtors through the tedious and frustrating process with banks.  Her extensive title background has an added bonus, aiding sellers and agents in a more comprehensive manner than most short sale facilitators.  Lisa prides herself on responding promptly, providing the upmost service to her client, above and beyond what is expected.  As the Short Sale Department manager at RealtyTMS® she not only manages her own file load, but also leads her team by example as a mentor and adviser.
