Transaction Management

RealtyTMS® manages “under contract” transactions by becoming the command center and connecting all of the pertinent parties involved.  We track all deadlines, coordinate services, collect and distribute documents and manage all of the necessary activities to ensure a complete, accurate and smooth closing.

Transaction Management Checklist – Services

  • Compile Summary Sheet detailing all contact information and deadlines for easy tracking, updates, and reference
  • Monitor and ensure all deadlines are met
  • Provide consistent updates on the status of the transaction
  • Act as the liaison and main point of contact throughout the transaction
  • Send an Introduction and Explanation of the Transaction Process Letter to the buyer and/or seller
  • Send utility information to the buyer and/or seller to ensure proper transfer
  • Provide the Title Company and/or Lender with a copy of the Purchase Contract
  • Coordinate amend/extends to the contract when necessary
  • Coordinate the inspection, inspection notice, and assist in obtaining appropriate signatures
  • Collect all applicable HOA documents and provide to the Co-op Agent
  • Ensure all missing signatures are acquired prior to closing
  • Provide a Required Document Checklist to the Title Company prior to closing
  • Coordinate the time and location of the closing
  • Ensure the Brokerage and the Agent receive a complete copy of the file upon closing
